Heritage Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd is looking for marketing executives for their offices as also at some cities like Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Guwahati, Bhubaneshwar, Patna, Indore, Surat and Vizag where it has plans for expansion. Desired attributes of candidates are:
- Flare for Marketing
- Knowledge of Insurance and Reinsurance.
- Age limit 28-38 years.
- Knowledge of Computer-MS Office and internet surfing etc.
- Willingness to meet new people.
- Willingness to travel.
- Knowledge of English, Hindi and Local language (where he propose to work).
- Preparedness to relocate to a new place.
Profile in brief for Marketing Executive for Direct Insurance
The candidate should be
General Profile
- Graduate in any stream or Diploma holder.
- Proficient in writing in English and fluent in speaking English, Bangla and Hindi.
- Willing to study and pass Broker’s examination arranged by Insurance Institute of India. Candidates having passed this examination will be preferred.
- Computer savvy and have willingness to learn it further.
- An extrovert and have flare for selling and meeting people by networking etc.
- Willing to explore and utilize all contacts for development of insurance business.
Job Description
- Plan Daily visits/contacts with prospects/clients/parties.
- Meet prospects/clients/parties and maintain outcome of such meetings.
- Maintain contact details of people contacted personally and over phone.
- Maintain regular touch with insurers and keep update about new products.
- Collect all relevant details from parties and obtain terms from insurers, negotiate with insurers and put up to clients/prospects in presentable form.
- Prepare product comparisons where ever required.
- Create networking and utilize all resources for business development.
- Maintain regular liaison with clients and prospects.
- Maintain record of policies and timely follow up for renewals.
- Other work related to General insurance & Life insurance business.
Profile in brief for Marketing Executive for Reinsurance
The candidate should be
General Profile
- Graduate in any stream.
- Should have some knowledge of Insurance / reinsurance practices.
- Should have some working experience in reinsurance.
- Proficient in writing in English and fluent in speaking English, Bangla and Hindi.
- Willing to travel to overseas countries hence Passport is desirable.
- Willing to study and pass Broker’s examination conducted by NIA, Pune and Insurance examinations conducted by III, Mumbai. Candidates having passed this examination will be preferred.
- Computer savvy and willingness to learn it further.
- An extrovert and have flare for meeting people by networking etc.
Job Description
- Maintain contact details of reinsurance companies /peoples contacted over phone.
- Maintain regular touch with reinsurers / insurers in overseas markets with email, phone calls etc.
- Prepare placement slips, approaching reinsurers for terms &/or for placements.
- Maintaining regular contact with cedants.
- Preparation of various reinsurance documents.
- Pursue cedant’s claims with reinsurers for recovery and keep cedants updated.
- Maintain regular liaison with cedants, reinsurers / brokers.
- Maintaining records of reinsurance placements and timely follow up for renewals.
- Other works related to our reinsurance portfolio.
