Smita Bajoria is an entrepreneur with a holistic vision for the Indian Insurance market. She has been instrumental in developing various facets and aspects of this organization over the years.

A Chartered Accountant by profession, he has over 29 years experience in the manufacturing and service industries. Over the last 18 years he has been in the insurance industry, out of which 14 years with Heritage and has evolved as a reputable practitioner of reinsurance. The balance 4 years he has been with Magma HDI General Insurance Co. Ltd being involved with UW, IT, Reinsurance as well as Finance. He has rejoined Heritage with a Finance and Compliance role.

S.Sanjeevirajan started his career in United India Insurance Co Ltd in 1979. He introduced many major accounts whilst as the LCB and developed excellent rapport with all his clients. He handled about fourteen power projects including three mega projects. He joined Heritage Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd Co as Associate Vice President with brings a vast wealth of knowledge in technical, underwriting and claims with which to deliver the best in class service to the clients.

He joined The New India Assurance Company Limited (NIA) as an officer in the year 1989 and worked in various capacities at different places. He worked in underwriting , claims and as incharge of operating offices. He retired on 31st January 2023 as Chief Manager in the Head Office of NIA. He also worked with Broking firms in Kolkata after superannuation from NIA

Has 33 years of rich experience working in United India Insurance Company Limited.
Took an early retirement as Regional Manager, Chennai and joined Heritage Insurance Broking services in the year 2024. 14 years of technical expertise in both Underwriting and Claims at various levels. Has 10 years of experience in heading Branches and Divisional Offices across Karnataka. 6 years of experience in working as Relationship Manager and servicing major Corporates and Brokers at Bengaluru. Was heading Non-motor claims hub for 3 years, in Chennai.

He has 37 years of rich work experience in PSU General Insurance Company in marketing and developing insurance business. He also has deep knowledge of various government mass insurance schemes in West Bengal like Crop insurance, Mass Health Insurance, having being involved in their implementation.

Lakshmi Narayanan over 30 years of rich experience in the Insurance domain. Over this period, he has worked with various insurers both Public and Private sector in various roles With his vast experience. He possesses the competency to efficiently manage and structure complex insurance program for the clients at the same time focus on Risk Management and client servicing for the business relationships.

He has retired from United India Insurance Co Ltd (UIIC Ltd) as Sr. Divisional Manager(Scale- IV). He has 34 years of experience in general insurance underwriting, claims and marketing. Worked in the office of Insurance Ombudsman for 3 years on deputation was in house faculty for 10 years in Motor in NIIC Ltd.

Bappaditya is an Arts Graduate from RK Mission Vidyamandir, Belur , West Bengal . He has been with Heritage over the past Sixteen years and has evolved as a reputable practitioner in Direct Broking . He has passed the Broking examination and engaged in procuring business, maintaining liaison with existing clients in terms of Insurance solution and claim related Matter.

Raja is a commerce Graduate and Associate from Insurance Institute of India. He has over 16 years of Marketing experience in Broking Industry. Raja’s clientele spans across various domains like IAR, Cellular Network, Fire, Engineering, Cash Management, Health and many more.

Girish Babu has 22+ Years of General Insurance experience in areas of -Risk Management, Marketing, Underwriting, Claims and Operations. He has worked in Interlink Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers pvt ltd, Larsen & Tubro Limited, Prior to Larsen & Tubro, he was associated with IBM India and IFFCO-TOKIO GIC handling various aspect of General Insurance.

15 years of experience in Back office support in various fields of Insurance Operation , Underwriting, Insurance Claims and Admin. Presently looking after reinsurance accounts along with IRDAI compliance.
